Customer Service Representative 

Location: Eastlake, OH

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers via social media platforms.
• Conduct service-related follow-up calls to check on past customers and assess their current needs.
• Assist the field team by taking detailed notes from customer calls and entering into our CRM system.
• Handle customer complaints or escalations, seeking resolutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and write in English
• Ability to learn new software programs quickly
• Must be open to work Monday-Friday between the hours of 9AM and 4PM ●         Must be able to comply with background check and pass a drug screen
