Customer Service Representative
Location: Eastlake, OH
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers via social media platforms.
- Conduct service-related follow-up calls to check on past customers and assess their current needs.
- Assist the field team by taking detailed notes from customer calls and entering into our CRM system.
- Handle customer complaints or escalations, seeking resolutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and write in English
- Ability to learn new software programs quickly
- Must be open to work Monday-Friday between the hours of 9AM and 4PM ● Must be able to comply with background check and pass a drug screen
