If you are a Finance professional looking for an opportunity to grow, our Company has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Washington, DC location, our Accounts Receivable team will be responsible for overseeing the collection activity of our $90M Accounts Receivable portfolio.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Manage a team of direct reports
- Direct interaction with customers
- Be responsible for goal setting and performance management
- Direct work in a way to ensure on time payment of open A/R, minimize past due A/R and maximize overall DSO performance
- Raise awareness to management and leadership of issues impacting overall A/R performance
- Exercise significant independent judgment and discretion in making decisions that will have significant impact on internal/external customers
- Coach and aid direct reports in their professional development
- Participate in and is responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting requirements used by management and executive leadership
- Weekly meetings with Sales Representatives
- Meetings with Senior Leaders to discus account status

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Eight to ten (8-10) years related experience
- Two years of supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Action oriented and results driven
- Strong organizational skills
- Be highly self-motivated with ability to work independently and / or in teams effectively
- Self-starter who has attention to detail and ability to multitask projects
