Regional Sales Director – Plumbing (GA, FL, SC)
Location: based in Atlanta, GA

Base Salary: $130,000–$140,000 + Generous Performance-Based Bonus

Are you a strategic sales leader with deep plumbing industry experience and a passion for building high-performing teams? We're looking for a Regional Sales Director to drive top-line growth and margin expansion across our plumbing operations in Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina.

This role is responsible for growing our commercial customer base while developing and scaling a profitable residential plumbing division across all three states. Success will be measured by new account acquisition, residential service growth, and consistent achievement of 50%+ gross margins through strong pricing strategies, team development, and operational excellence.


🔧 Key Responsibilities

1. Grow Commercial Sales

  • Expand relationships with commercial clients, including property managers, HOAs, restaurants, and general contractors.

  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and contracts to increase recurring commercial revenue.

2. Build and Scale Residential Plumbing Division

  • Lead the rollout of a standardized residential price book tailored to local market dynamics.

  • Develop and implement training programs focused on option-based selling (good/better/best) and customer service excellence.

  • Launch service agreements to increase residential customer retention and lifetime value.

  • Oversee digital and local marketing initiatives to generate consistent, high-quality leads.

  • Maintain field professionalism through branding, uniforms, and customer presentation standards.

3. Achieve 50%+ Gross Margin

  • Monitor quoting, job costing, and technician productivity to ensure profitability on every job.

  • Conduct ride-alongs and job audits to support upselling, reduce callbacks, and control costs.

  • Optimize tech schedules and job types to reduce downtime and maximize revenue per truck.

4. Regional Leadership & Accountability

  • Travel regularly across Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina to support and coach local teams.

  • Track and report weekly KPIs, including revenue, gross margin, close rates, and upselling performance.

  • Partner with branch managers, dispatch, and marketing to ensure alignment and execution.
