As Office Manager at TN Concrete Association, you will play a vital role in supporting our team, coordinating certification programs, engaging with members, and managing office operations. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly and ensuring everything from event planning to financial processing is handled with efficiency and professionalism.

What You’ll Do
Program Administration:
- Oversee the ACI certification program, handling registrations, scheduling, refunds, and material logistics
- Maintain accurate records
Member Engagement:
- Serve as the first point of contact for members, managing inquiries and membership dues
- Provide excellent service, ensuring members feel valued and supported
Office Management:
- Manage office supplies, vendor payments, payroll submissions, and general administrative needs
- Oversee basic facilities management and ensure office efficiency
Event Coordination:
- Organize and support three annual membership meetings
- Handle registrations, logistics, and payments for seamless execution
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
- Office administration, association management, or program management background preferred
- Experience in education administration or teaching is a plus!
Skills & Qualifications:
- QuickBooks Online & Novi AMS experience (preferred, but not required)
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and handle shifting priorities
- Excellent phone and email communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
